RopeMore products are designed and built with a focus on quality, reliability, and real-world use. Please review the following terms regarding warranties, product use, and limitations.
One-Year Limited Warranty
RopeMore offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, please contact info@ropemore.com with a description of the issue, photos or video if applicable, and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedy at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation

Normal wear and tear

Damage resulting from accidents, environmental conditions, or unauthorized repairs

Issues caused by use outside intended operating conditions
Shipping Damage
If your RopeMore product arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow the instructions outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping-related damage is not considered a product defect under the warranty but will be addressed separately.
As-Is Condition (Outside Warranty)
Except for the one-year limited warranty described above, all products are sold “as is” and “as available”, without any additional guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RopeMore disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

RopeMore is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RopeMore’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer.
RopeMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
