DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY WAIVER

The RopeMore Throttle is designed for use only with compatible ATVs in controlled, off-road environments pulling a roping dummy for practice. Only use the throttle in these intended settings. Using the RopeMore Throttle for any purpose other than its intended use can potentially cause damage to the product, your ATV, surrounding property, and may lead to serious injury or death.

By installing or operating the RopeMore Throttle, the user acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with ATVs, roping, livestock, remote-controlled equipment, and the natural unpredictability of animals.

THE ROPEMORE THROTTLE IS NOT A SAFETY SYSTEM AND MUST NEVER BE RELIED UPON TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS, STOP A RUNAWAY ATV, OR PROTECT RIDERS, HORSES, LIVESTOCK, OR PROPERTY.
